What is your return policy?

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or is defective (printed incorrectly or has a fabric defect), we will gladly send you a replacement item at no cost to you. Please send an email to sales@slowmooutdoor.com with your order number and pictures of the product.

Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Our products are always printed-to-order and we do not have “in stock” inventory. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues or changed minds. We strongly encourage you to review the sizing guides and product descriptions prior to placing your order. If you have questions about the size, fit, or design of a product, feel free to send an email to info@slowmooutdoor.com and we will help you find the perfect product.

 

How do your sizes run?

Our products are fairly standard when it comes to sizing and most are unisex, unless otherwise stated.  If you are male who is sometimes in between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for short and long sleeve tees. 

 

What is the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation?

The Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable organization founded in 1997 to help meet financial needs placed on natural resource conservation and conservation-related outdoor recreation. They fund various projects and initiatives throughout the state of Missouri. Click here to read more about the projects they fund. Slow MO’s donations will be specifically channeled to fund education and activities for children.

 

Why “Slow MO”?

Living in southwest Missouri, we spend a lot of time outside. Whether it’s hiking the hills of the Ozarks or surfing the waves on Table Rock Lake, we started to realize that when we are outdoors, time matters less and sunshine matters more.
